We watch 5-year-olds arrive at school. Eyes wide. Hands up. "Why? Why? Why?" Fearless. Creative. Collaborative. Falling down, laughing, trying again. Natural-born learners.
Then we see 17-year-olds. Eyes down. Hands down. Silent. Afraid to be wrong. Stressed about grades. Learning alone, competing with peers. Learning has been trained out of them.
The tragedy? This isn't inevitable.
Adolescence is when the shift happens. When curiosity gets replaced by compliance. When collaboration gets replaced by competition. When joy gets replaced by stress.
Unless we interrupt it.
At ABI School, we're building an education that preserves what kindergarteners know:
✓ Your questions make you smarter, not stupider
✓ Your mistakes make you learn, not fail
✓ Your classmates make you stronger, not weaker
✓ Your creativity makes you valuable, not weird
✓ Your movement helps you think, not distract
Kindergarteners don't need to be taught how to learn. They need a system that doesn't teach them to forget.
That's what we're building.
